All of the operatives that work for the NexGuard Security Holdings meet the necessary licensing standard for their operating field, such as the SIA (Security Industry Authority). All operatives undergo a specific and rigorous vetting process to BS7858 to ensure compliance and the requirements of our company, we ensure that all have an extensive knowledge for the field in which they operate and possess the necessary interpersonal skills for both team working and customer-facing roles.

We maintain a positive close working relationship with local authorities, licensing officials and Police forces to ensure that we are meeting the required standards and to further enhance our clients reputations. We have also been instrumental in participating in national and regional schemes such as PubWatch, Ask Angela and WAVE.
